Receiving external calls and transferring them to the various departments in order to organize the workflow and ensure a quick response to customers or suppliers
Receiving visits (members of the Board of Directors - human resources - financial, etc.) and organizing the interview process in order to organize the visits process and appear properly in front of the company's visitors
Coordinating the meetings of the Board of Directors and the various departments with the aim of organizing the attendance process and ensuring the presence of all concerned
Receiving the custody of the petty cash management expenses and settling them with the financial department in order to ensure the progress of work and preserve the assets and funds of the company
Receiving requests for withdrawals of the company's employees and members of the Board of Directors and following up on delivery with the aim of applying the regulations for withdrawals and providing distinguished service to employees
Receiving orders from major customers, registering them on the user’s system, following up on delivery, issuing invoices from the finance, following up on collection, and paying them to the finance to provide a distinguished service and preserve the assets and funds of the company (members of the board of directors).
Receives complaints (electricity - plumbing - furniture... etc.) related to the site and notifies the concerned authorities to carry out the required maintenance in order to work quickly to respond and handle complaints.
Provides the administration's requirements of stationery and any other supplies by making an exchange/purchase request in order to provide the administration's needs.
Preparing purchase orders for uniforms for workers and recording them on the system used in order to provide them at the specified time.
Follow up the delivery of the uniforms to the various departments to the workers to ensure that all employees of the company receive the uniforms on time.

Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
Solid knowledge of office procedures
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
