for Keys Group.
Responsibilities: -
-Answer telephone calls, screens and directs calls, takes messages and meets client’s requests.
-Receives and keeps track of courier mail and delivers to clients. For virtual clients, e-mails to inform them.
-Responsible for filing all necessary contracts and documents in filing cabinet (for clients, brokers, all admin related documents).
-Ensures new agreements and rental contracts are scanned and saved in ADMIN server.
Working conditions and benefits:-
-Working hours: 9AM to 5PM
-Fixed days off : Friday & Saturday

Requirements: -
- University graduate with Bachelor’s degree.
- 0-1 year of experience in similar position.
-Customer care skills, problem solving, good communication, translating, and telephone skills.
-Excellent computer skills, using Microsoft Office applications.
-Must be Excellent or Fluent in English.
