وظيفة Activation Sales Represantative

  • Tuesday to Sunday: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight)
  • Monday: Day off (Note: These hours are subject to change as per the company's requirements)

Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Proactively engage with potential customers to demonstrate and promote the features and benefits of our water faucets. Understand customer needs and preferences, provide product recommendations, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.

Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our water faucets' technical specifications, designs, and functionalities. Effectively communicate this knowledge to customers to drive interest and confidence in our products.

Showroom Management: Take ownership of the product display area in the showroom. Ensure faucets are arranged neatly and attractively to maximize visibility and appeal to customers.

Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on inquiries to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and events that drive faucet sales and boost brand visibility in the showroom.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, inquiries, and purchases. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.

Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Utilize this knowledge to identify new business opportunities and improve our product offerings.

Qualifications:

Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in selling home improvement or plumbing products.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and persuasively.

Customer-Oriented: Demonstrated passion for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.

Result-Driven: A proactive and goal-oriented approach to sales, with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

Product Knowledge: Familiarity with water faucets and plumbing fixtures is a plus, but not mandatory. Willingness to learn and acquire in-depth knowledge of our product range is essential.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage the showroom display effectively and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with the sales, marketing, and showroom teams to achieve common goals.
