Responsible for verifying the accuracy of accounting and reporting according to Raya policies and guidelines
Responsible for monthly closing and sending all required reports on the second working day of every month Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
Responsible for adhering to Audit comments (whether external, internal or tax inspection) with no material adjustments
Completes audit file on the 10th working day of every month
Reviews all payments (Trade and Non Trade)
Monitors Revenue ~ GP to throughput percent
Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
Follows up on all Billers Commission
Monitor Cash on hand
Maintain Fixed Assets register
Manage a team of Billing Accountants and mentor Junior team members

Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor
Experience with accounting software (e.g. FreshBooks and Zoho)
Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
Attention to detail and accuracy
Team management skills
Ability to prioritize work
BS degree in Accounting or Finance
Accounting certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) is a plus
