Responsibilities include but not limited:
- Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities
- Arabic and English language
- Inventory/ Stock keeping
- Production and distribution bookkeeping
- Analyse and report on financial status. communicate financial results to management
- Budget preparation and analysis (Extracting and making reports for growth, sales, expenses)
- Improve systems and initiate corrective actions
- Candidate must be excellent at problem-solving, project management and communication skills.
- Closing monthly bookkeeping with legal accounting office
- Collecting cheques from clients
- Organising salaries and monthly office expenses (wifi payment, Electricity ...)
- preparing and reviewing invoices
- Deal with bank updates and transactions
